JJLee Packaging is a specialist carton board packaging manufacturer, founded in Bath in 1870 by the Lee family.
Originally selling brown paper and string, JJLee has always had a presence in the packaging industry. From relatively simple beginnings JJLee soon turned its attention towards producing cartons, blister cards and display boxes, as well as a large number of other products all from solid board or micro flute.
Investment has always been key to our success and we now have a number of different production methods available to us, so we can cost effectively produce short runs, ranging from only a few hundred cartons at a time, although we have the capacity to produce over 2 million a week.
We pride ourselves on customer lead service working in partnership with you, and with over 150 years experience supplying packaging to a large range of sectors including food (ambient, chilled and frozen), household, cosmetics and gift to name a few, we have the experience to deliver your project, because although the methods of production have changed dramatically in this time, our service has always been of the highest standard.
We have the ability to manufacture cartons on a wide range of different substrates. Ranging from White Solid Board, Kraft, Grey Board or a Micro Flute.
Such a variety provided endless scope for your projects to deliver optimal results.
Our Studio will guide you through the design process, helping you to pick from the wide range of carton designs best suited for your product.
Once approved, production will begin. Board will be sourced and printing commenced, shortly followed by die cutting and finally gluing. From here, your cartons will be hand packed and transported directly to you or a location of your choosing.
